- Handle day-to-day operation and maintenance activities.
- Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors and clients.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain maintenance reports, records and documentation.
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed.
- Attend client requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Manage manpower and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / relevant engineering field.
- Experience in Operations & Maintenance preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
