About the Role

SIEC Education is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Immigration & Student Counselling Executive to support our Migration and International Admissions Team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of study-abroad destinations, immigration pathways, visa filing procedures, and student counselling. The role requires a combination of documentation expertise, client interaction, and conversion-focused communication to guide students through their overseas education journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, visa processes, and immigration pathways.
- Assist students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programs based on their academic background and career goals.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa and immigration application files with high accuracy.
- Guide students on documentation requirements, financial documentation, SOPs, GTE/GS requirements, and visa compliance.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist in converting inquiries into applications and enrollments.
- Coordinate with counselors, universities, migration consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain complete and organized records of student applications, visa files, and client interactions.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations,



post-study work opportunities, and pathway programs across major destinations.
- Address student and parent queries regarding admissions, scholarships, visa procedures, and immigration options.
- Assist in conducting webinars, information sessions, and student engagement activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in study abroad counselling, immigration filing, visa processing, or overseas education consulting.
- Strong knowledge of study destinations including Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, New Zealand, and other emerging destinations.
- Understanding of admission processes, visa filing procedures, and immigration pathways.
- Ability to counsel and guide students effectively while maintaining a service-oriented and sales-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid attention to detail and document management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online application portals.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in student conversions and admissions counselling.
- Knowledge of scholarship opportunities, post-study work rights, and migration pathways.
- Familiarity with university application platforms and visa filing systems.
- Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
