JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 4+ years of proven experience exclusively in the Real Estate industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in plot sales, property sales, team handling, lead conversion, channel partner management, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, converting leads into bookings, and expanding the company's customer and channel partner network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Drive sales for residential plots and other real estate projects.
- Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely conversions.




- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's sales network.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales guidance and performance feedback.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
- Ensure a smooth customer journey from lead generation to booking.
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
