Business Development – Management Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Business Development to support our business growth initiatives. The role will involve identifying new opportunities, building relationships, supporting sales activities, and understanding the overall business operations of a sports and infrastructure company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients, partners, schools, corporates, and business opportunities.

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

- Assist in developing business proposals and presentations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to take opportunities from enquiry to closure.

- Maintain and update lead, client, and business development data.

- Conduct market research and identify current business opportunities.

- Support client meetings, site visits, events,



and business presentations.

- Track follow-ups, conversions, and business development targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Learn and support different functions of the business as part of the management trainee role.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sports Management, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good presentation and negotiation skills.

- Proactive, confident, and willing to take ownership.

- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, meetings, and field visits.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and business communication.

- Robust interest in learning business operations and sales
