About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager. The role involves developing new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and building long term partnerships. The candidate must be comfortable working in a night shift to support international operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand franchise networks or food business partnerships.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, distributors, franchise partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential business growth areas.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, pitch decks, financial projections, and business presentations.




- Track competitor activity and market movements; recommend strategies to stay ahead.
- Drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
- Maintain CRM records and generate weekly/monthly business reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in night shift (mandatory). This is a US based company, so need to work according to US timings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial numbers.

Shift Timings - 7 PM to 4 AM

3 hrs from office and rest of the shift from home
