Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on customer payment collections
- Handle agreement preparation and coordination
- Coordinate legal documentation
- Assist customers with property loan coordination
- Coordinate the property registration process
- Coordinate Khata transfer and related documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the CRM
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of all post-sales processes
