Role Overview
We are looking for an outspoken, energetic, and socially confident Community Builder who can engage with people, build strong relationships, and grow an active community. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both Hindi and English and have a strong understanding of communication, branding, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage active communities across platforms.
- Engage with members and maintain strong relationships.
- Drive community growth and participation.
- Represent and promote the brand effectively.
- Create engaging conversations, campaigns, and activities.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and community members.
- Organize online and offline community events.
- Gather community feedback and share insights with the team.
- Monitor community trends and engagement metrics.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Community Building,



Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Hindi & English – speaking and writing.
- Highly outspoken, confident, and approachable.
- Robust networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital communities.
- Ability to represent and promote products/brands confidently.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive personality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
