Job Title: Accountant – Logic ERP Specialist (Clothing Manufacturing)

As we scale our operations, we're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with hands-on expertise in ERP to manage our financial records and support our manufacturing and retail accounting processes.

Role Summary

This position is ideal for a finance professional who has a strong background in accounting within the clothing manufacturing industry and practical experience using ERP software. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, inventory costing, vendor payments, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts (Tallying, journal entries, ledgers, etc.)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Manage bank reconciliations and petty cash
- Monitor and manage vendor and customer ledgers

ERP Management

- Daily data entry and validation in Logic ERP
- Reconcile ERP data with financial records and physical inventory
- Generate reports related to stock movement, purchase, sales, and job work

Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting

- Monitor raw material inward/outward entries and finished goods stock
- Track fabric consumption, wastage, and production costing
- Ensure proper recording of stock in ERP related to cutting, stitching, packing, and dispatch

Compliance & Taxation

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B,



GSTR-9)
- Ensure TDS compliance and maintain related documentation
- Assist with audits and maintain all statutory records

Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, procurement, sales) for cross-functional data
- Support external auditors and consultants with timely data

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting within a clothing/apparel manufacturing setup
- ERP Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with ERP
- Accounting Tools: Tally, Excel, and GST utility software
- Knowledge: Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, costing, and inventory control
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
- Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and vendors
