​Evolvere Facades Private Limited is a specialized facade engineering and construction firm headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. We design, fabricate, and install high-performance exterior building envelopes, glass structures, and architectural claddings.

​Role & Responsibilities

​Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, hardware, structural glazing, aluminum profiles, glass panels, and site tools.

​Material Dispatch & Receipt: Oversee daily material inward/outward registers, verify Delivery Challans (DC), and check physical stock against purchase orders (PO).

​Storage & Safety: Ensure proper handling, protected stacking, and damage-free storage of facade materials and fragile architectural glass.

​ERP / Documentation: Update stock entries, maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN),



and track daily inventory movement using MS Excel or inventory management software.

​Coordination: Coordinate closely with site engineers, procurement teams, and logistics vendors to ensure timely material supply to project sites.

​Audits: Conduct regular physical stock verification, reconcile stock counts, and report variances to senior management.

​Key Requirements

​Minimum Experience: 3+ years in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.

​Industry Preference: Prior experience in facades, aluminum fabrication, glass, structural steel, or construction industries is highly preferred.

​Skills: Knowledge of inventory management practices, basic computer proficiency (MS Excel / Word), and strong organization abilities.

​Availability: Candidates available to join immediately will be prioritized.
