Graduate from a top-tier institution Research experience with published papers PhD scholar / MTech with strong research exposure At least one published research paper. Strong understanding of academic journals and publication standards. Demonstrated interest in mentoring school students. Strong teaching, pedagogy, communication, and mentoring skills. Prior experience in teaching or mentoring school students in any format.
