We are building a practical, outcome-driven AI and EdTech business for students, working professionals, businesses, and organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across B2C and B2B.
- Build GTM, sales, and conversion strategies.
- Own the entire sales funnel from leads to conversion and retention.
- Build and close opportunities across individuals, colleges, companies, and partners.
- Work cross-functionally to strengthen product positioning and customer experience.
- Hire, build, and lead the sales team.
- Track KPIs including leads, conversion, CAC, revenue, and retention.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Growth.




- Industry experience in EdTech, AI, SaaS, or Upskilling.
- Strong B2C and B2B sales experience with revenue ownership.
- Leadership experience in achieving targets and building or managing teams.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with BE10X, OutSkills, or similar AI/EdTech companies is preferred.

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation with a lucrative hike over current CTC, based on experience and fit, with performance-linked growth opportunities.
