Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to identify, attract, screen, and hire qualified IT professionals for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing/recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and experience working with job portals, ATS platforms, and recruiting databases.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Source and recruit IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Understand client requirements and effectively identify suitable candidates.
- Search candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, availability, and compensation.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate salaries/rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- - 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US work authorization types such as H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, and EAD.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and related IT roles.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- - Experience with US staffing companies or recruitment agencies.
- Experience recruiting for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools.
- Knowledge of US geography, time zones, and employment practices.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
