Assistant Marketing Manager – FMCG (Edible Oil)

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute ATL & BTL marketing strategies for edible oil products.
- Plan and manage brand promotions, advertising campaigns, and market activation activities.
- Handle trade marketing, dealer/distributor promotions, and consumer engagement programs.
- Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth and achieve marketing objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional schemes, product launches, exhibitions, and events.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and promotional materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare MIS and marketing reports.
- Work closely with sales and distribution teams to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
- Develop marketing content,



promotional creatives, POSM, and communication materials.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior within the edible oil/FMCG segment.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG Marketing, preferably in the Edible Oil/Food Products industry.
- Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, Trade Marketing, Brand Promotion & Market Activation.
- Experience in handling marketing agencies, vendors, and promotional campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working with sales and distribution teams.
