MEDIMS multi speciality clinic is seeking an motivated and organized Clinic Manager to join our team in Balussery, Calicut.

Job Summary:

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, administration, staff coordination, patient experience, and service quality of Medims Multispeciality Clinic. The manager will coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, pharmacy/lab/support teams and management to ensure efficient and qualified functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the multispeciality clinic.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment management and patient flow.
- Coordinate with consultants and departments to minimize delays and improve patient experience.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and confidentiality.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, consumables and equipment.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure essential supplies are available.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors,



maintenance teams and external service providers.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements with management approval.
- Ensure a professional, patient-friendly environment across all departments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA/MHA preferred.
- 0-4 years of experience in healthcare.
