Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement for raw materials, packaging, and operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, quality control, and on-time supply through robust vendor management and planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors for raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Plan material requirements based on production and inventory levels.
- Maintain reorder levels and prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for quality checks and documentation (COA, MSDS, etc.).




- Track market rates and suggest cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare monthly purchase and vendor performance reports.
- Work with Accounts for GRN, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Implement digital tracking systems (Excel/ERP/Zoho).

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of procurement experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and purchase management tools.
- Experience in packaging and raw material sourcing preferred.
