Position: Operations Manager
Location: Office-Based

Purpose: Keep 50+ vehicles running, compliant, and cost-productive.

Core responsibilities

- Daily vehicle allocation and trip execution
- GPS monitoring — routes, idling, halts, over-speeding
- Preventive maintenance + breakdown control; minimise VOR days
- Diesel/mileage tracking, pilferage control, FASTag and toll spend
- Bilty/LR, e-way bill, weighment slips, POD closure
- Statutory renewals — RC, insurance, fitness, permit, PUC (zero lapses)
- Driver hiring, rostering, discipline, safety briefings
- Accident handling and insurance claims
- Workshop, spares inventory and vendor rate management

Requirements

- 5–8 yrs commercial fleet experience (mining/bulk/logistics)
- HCV mechanical knowledge — engine, transmission, hydraulics, tyres
- CMVR, permits, e-way bill working knowledge
- GPS/FMS, Excel/Sheets, digital bilty systems
- Site travel + on-call availability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
