Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Officer with expeieince of 8-10 years in manufacturing unit to manage overall security, safety support, administration, access control and material movement at our paint manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for supervising contractual security manpower and ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, materials, vehicles and company assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day security operations and supervise contractual security guards.
- Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vendors and vehicles.
- Conduct material inward/outward inspection and verify gate passes, challans and authorized documents.
- Control movement of raw materials, finished goods, scrap, tools and company assets.
- Manage tanker, truck and transporter entry/exit and maintain vehicle records.
- Monitor CCTV and conduct regular security rounds of the plant.
- Ensure security personnel follow plant safety, PPE, fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, material movement, incident and security registers.
- Support fire, accident, chemical leakage and other emergency situations.
- Coordinate with EHS, Administration, Stores, Production,



Dispatch and Maintenance teams.
- Report theft, pilferage, unauthorized access, material discrepancies and other incidents promptly.
- Ensure security coverage of gates, warehouses, production areas and other critical locations.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, grooming and proper deployment of security personnel.
- Prepare daily/periodic security reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate; relevant security qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant security.
- Experience in paint, chemical or similar manufacturing industry preferred.
- Experience in managing contractual security manpower is preferred.
- Good knowledge of industrial security, safety, fire/emergency response, material inspection and administration.
- Basic computer knowledge and good reporting/documentation skills.
- Solid observation, communication, discipline and incident-handling skills.
