Key Responsibilities:

● Collate and consolidate data related to revenue, expenses, inventory and other business metrics.

● Perform reconciliations between operational data, MIS and accounting records.

● Track and resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely closure.

● Collect, organize and maintain invoices, reports, reconciliations and supporting documents/backups.

● Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Stores and other teams for required data and explanations.

● Support management, internal/external audits and other business reviews with required reports and documentation.

● Improve and standardize data collection, reporting and reconciliation processes.

Requirements:

● MBA or BCOM with 3–5 years of experience in MIS, Finance, Business Finance or a similar role.

● Strong Excel and data analysis skills; knowledge of Power BI/ERP will be an advantage.

● Good understanding of basic accounting and business processes.

● Robust attention to detail, follow-up and coordination skills.

● Ability to manage large volumes of data and work with multiple teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
