*Job Title: Accountant*

*About the Role:*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support smooth accounting operations at our Jalandhar office.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Daily Accounting Operations, Record daily financial

transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and

payments accurately in accounting software

- Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts, and

reconciliations

- Process invoices, bills, and expense vouchers

*Accounts Management & Reporting*

- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

*Compliance & Payroll*

- Support GST filings, TDS, and other statutory

compliances

- Assist with payroll processing and employee

reimbursements

*Coordination & Documentation*

- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
- Support management with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

*Desired Candidate Profile*

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce,



Accounting, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or QuickBooks & Visual catpro
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Valuable organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data

*What we offer:*

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
