Role Overview

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers through phone calls, understanding their requirements, explaining the company’s products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires robust communication, convincing skills, regular follow-ups, and a target-driven sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Explain products/services, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert interested leads into successful sales.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to close pending opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion and closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation in any specialization is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
