We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused International Tour Consultant to handle international holiday enquiries, create customized travel packages, and convert leads into bookings. The candidate should have good destination knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries for international holiday packages.

Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations.

Provide accurate information about destinations, hotels, flights, transfers, activities, and travel requirements.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Coordinate with visa, ticketing, hotel, and operations teams.

Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the booking process.

Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.

Update customer details, follow-ups, and booking status in the CRM.





Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, and package offerings.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in international travel/tour sales preferred.

Good knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Solid customer-handling and sales skills.

Ability to prepare attractive and cost-effective travel itineraries.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of GDS, CRM, or travel booking platforms will be an advantage.

Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
