JD – Manager - Collections

Location :Banaglore

Team size : Tele Collection - 20 and Field Executives - 10

Key Responsibilities :

· Managing a team of Tele calling collection and Feild team

· Delivering the payment collection targets for the clients – Banks and financial institutions

· Scope of work is both early and late stage collections for the complete range of unsecured loans products like Credit Cards, PL , Consumer durable loans and secured loans like Home loans and Automotive loans.

· Ensuring and upholding ethical collection practices and code of conduct guidelines as mandated by the regulator

· Building a stable and high performing disciplined collection team.

· Timely reporting and analysis.

· Design and execution of the monthly incentive scheme for the field collection officers.

· Overall productivity and profitability of the field collection organization in the state.





Skills Required:

· Positive communication and Negotiation skills. Knowledge of local language.

· Team leadership qualities. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team.

· Team building : Ability to attract talent and retain.

· Numeric proficiency and basic excel proficiency

· Organized, meticulous and Process oriented.
