Job Overview

We are looking for a Channel Sales Executive to manage and develop relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants and generate sales opportunities through the channel network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage Channel Partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners.
- Generate sales leads and property bookings through the CP network.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and product briefings.
- Organize Channel Partner meets and engagement activities.
- Coordinate on inventory, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Follow up on leads generated through Channel Partners.
- Support Channel Partners in closing sales.
- Track CP-generated leads, bookings, and sales performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Finance teams.




- Ensure timely processing of Channel Partner commissions and documentation.

Requirements

- Solid networking and business development skills.
- Knowledge of real estate sales and market trends.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working under pressure.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial real estate sales is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
