Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate and detailed Landscape Layout Drawings (2D & 3D) using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications and design standards.
- Create comprehensive hardscape and softscape layout plans, ensuring functional and aesthetic balance.
- Revise, optimize, and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Horticulture Supervisor to finalize accurate plant allocation, species placement, and spacing strategy.
- Ensure high-level design accuracy, proper scaling, technical detailing, and compliance with approved layouts.
- Maintain systematic documentation of drawings, revisions, and version control for smooth project coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- Strong command over AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting).
- Knowledge of landscape layout planning preferred.
- Good understanding of scale, measurements, and site layout.
- Attention to detail and strong technical drawing skills.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in drafting / layout design.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills and design interest may apply.

Pay: ₹12,200.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
