We’re looking for a highly creative, sharp and proactive person to work closely with founder's and take ownership of their personal brand and content.

This is not just a social media management role. We’re looking for someone who can think, write, spot stories, generate ideas and take content from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content ideas, formats and series for the founder’s personal brand
- Write strong hooks, scripts, captions and social copy
- Research topics across business, real estate, money, investing and marketing
- Turn everyday work, meetings, experiences, market visits and observations into content
- Plan shoots, shot lists, PTCs and B-roll requirements
- Guide and coordinate videographers, editors and designers
- Attend shoots/market visits when required and identify what should be captured
- Manage the content pipeline from idea → shoot → edit → publish
- Organise photos, videos and raw content and turn them into posts, reels, stories and photo dumps
- Track content performance and continuously improve what we create

Who We’re Looking For





- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Strong creative and visual taste
- Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and creator-led content
- Someone who naturally generates ideas instead of waiting for instructions
- Strong research skills and curiosity about business and current trends
- High ownership, initiative and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a rapid-moving, founder-led environment
- Able to manage multiple creatives and projects simultaneously

Experience in content strategy, copywriting, personal branding, creator management, advertising or social media is preferred.

However, exceptional freshers with outstanding writing, taste and initiative are welcome to apply.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical assignment before the final interview.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
