Key Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and educational institutions across Bangalore to identify partnership opportunities.
- Meet college management, placement officers, training departments and other relevant decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong institutional relationships.
- Present the organisation's services and partnership proposals.
- Generate and qualify institutional leads through field visits, networking, references and direct outreach.
- Understand institutional requirements and propose suitable collaboration opportunities.
- Handle negotiations and take opportunities from initial discussion to final deal closure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective institutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential college partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful implementation of closed partnerships.




- Maintain records of college visits, meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business-development and partnership targets.

Language Requirements

The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in:

- Kannada / Local Bangalore Language
- English
- Hindi

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

- Institutional Sales
- B2B Business Development
- EdTech / Education

- Corporate Tie-ups

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
