Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Product Manager – 3D Technology (Technical

Sales) to drive sales and business development for our 3D printing solutions in the jewellery manufacturing

industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MJP, DLP, LCD and related 3D printing

technologies, along with an understanding of the jewellery manufacturing workflow, including CAD, 3D printing,

casting and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for 3D printing solutions within the jewellery industry.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 3D printing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations and application trials.
- Explain machine capabilities, applications, benefits and ROI to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with jewellery manufacturers, CAD designers and production teams.
- Understand the complete workflow from CAD design to 3D printing and casting.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow-ups and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for installation, training and after-sales support.




- Identify market opportunities and develop new customer accounts.
- Manage existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Handle negotiations and support order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering, Business or a

related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in 3D printing / technical sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of MJP, DLP, LCD and related 3D printing technologies.
- Understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, including CAD, 3D printing, casting and finishing.
- Experience in technical product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong business-development mindset.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
