1. Production Management - Injection Moluding

- Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure achievement of production targets within the planned cycle time.
- Monitor machine-wise production, rejection, downtime, and productivity.
- Coordinate mould changes and ensure smooth production start-up.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts.

2. Manpower Management

- Allocate manpower based on production requirements and skill levels.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and manpower productivity.
- Ensure optimum utilization of operators, helpers, and setters.
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to employees.

3. Machine & Process Control

- Monitor injection moulding machine parameters and process conditions.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment are properly utilized.
- Take immediate action to reduce machine downtime and production losses.

4. Quality Control

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved quality standards and work instructions.
- Monitor defects, rejection, rework, and scrap.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for defect analysis and corrective actions.




- Ensure first-piece approval and periodic quality checks are completed.

5. Safety & 5S

- Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Report unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
- Support safety audits and improvement activities.

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
- Monitor and report production achievement, rejection, downtime, and manpower utilization.
- Maintain shift handover records and production-related documents.
- Update production data in SAP/ERP, if applicable.

7. Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce rejection, downtime, and production costs.
- Participate in Kaizen, Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support initiatives to improve OEE, machine utilization, and manpower efficiency

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
