About the Role

The Ovian Studios is looking for a Client Relations & Social Media Manager who can represent our studio professionally, manage client communication, oversee our social media presence, and support the day-to-day coordination of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident in communication, responsible, and has a good understanding of social media and the wedding industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

- Handle enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.
- Respond to potential clients professionally and promptly.
- Understand client requirements and explain our photography and cinematography services.
- Schedule client calls, meetings, and consultations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain client information, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients before, during, and after projects.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients.

Social Media Management

- Manage The Ovian Studios' Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Coordinate with the creative team for reels, posts, stories, and other content.
- Write captions and create engaging social media content.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Monitor comments, DMs, enquiries, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and provide regular updates.
- Stay updated with relevant Instagram trends and content formats.
- Maintain the brand's premium and consistent visual identity online.

Studio Operations

- Coordinate daily studio activities and schedules.
- Coordinate between clients, photographers, cinematographers, editors, and freelancers.
- Maintain project timelines and follow up on pending work.
- Assist in organising shoots and client meetings.
- Maintain basic records of projects, leads, payments,



and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members regarding deadlines and responsibilities.
- Assist the founder with day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable communicating with premium/wedding clients.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up consistently.
- Positive understanding of content creation and social media trends.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Workspace, and basic office tools.
- Professional attitude and good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Previous experience in wedding photography, events, hospitality, luxury brands, or creative agencies is an advantage.

What You'll Be Responsible For

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of client communication, social media, follow-ups, and daily coordination rather than simply completing individual tasks.

You will work closely with the founder and creative team to ensure that clients are well taken care of, leads are followed up, social media stays active, and daily studio operations run smoothly.

Salary

15,000-25,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, and capabilities.
