Web Designer & Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Designer & Developer to design and build visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will combine strong design aesthetics with front-end development skills to create engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate design concepts into fully functional websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive, mobile-first websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using design tools.
- Convert PSD, Sketch, or Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS code.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Implement interactive elements and animations using JavaScript and CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components.
- Maintain and update existing websites with new features and content.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of responsive design, flexbox, grid, and mobile-first principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic command line.




- Understanding of SEO basics and web accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to write clean, organized, and maintainable code.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in web design and front-end development.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
- Understanding of animation libraries (GSAP, AOS, Lottie).
- Portfolio showcasing design and development projects.
