As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design and develop enterprise-grade software solutions tailored to business needs. Your role involves collaborating across teams to architect, code, test, and optimize applications using up-to-date frameworks and practices. You will ensure scalability, performance, and innovation by leveraging advanced technologies such as containerization, AI/ML, and automation testing, while guiding your team toward technical excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Java Full Stack development.
- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Own and drive technical decisions within the team and across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence key architectural and design choices.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex problems spanning multiple systems.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to strengthen technical capabilities.




- Continuously evaluate and enhance development processes for efficiency and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must To Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development
- Expertise in J2EE frameworks and enterprise application development.
- Must be proficient in front end technologies like Angular / React with minimum 3 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies:
- Docker: building/managing images, writing Dockerfiles, running containers.
- Kubernetes (K8s): deploying applications, managing pods/services/deployments, scaling, rolling updates, Helm charts.
- Familiarity with orchestration platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, EKS, AKS, GKE).
- CI/CD integration with containers (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Security best practices: image scanning, RBAC, secrets management.
- Experience in RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration into applications.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools (UFT or equivalent).

- Location: Chennai/Hyderabad offices.
