Jain Surgicals and Distributors, a trusted name in medical & surgical product distribution, is looking for a dedicated Accountant Assistant to join our expanding team.
Position: Accountant Assistant

Location: Tilak Road, Dehradun
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (based on experience)
Skills & Competencies Required
Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts
Understanding of billing/accounting software
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Positive communication skills in English & Hindi
Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in daily accounting and billing entries
Support senior accountant in maintaining ledgers, stock records, and financial documents
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time
Ensure all transactions follow company financial policies and procedures
Keep all accounting records, bills, and documents updated and well organized
Coordinate with medical stores and hospitals for payments when required
Assist in reconciliation, data entry, and basic financial reporting
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and login credentials
Participate in accounting and soft skills training sessions as required
Education & Training
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) candidates preferred
Experience
0–2 years of experience in accounting or billing
Knowledge of distributor-level accounts will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
