We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Upper Assam
GWC Group is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive our business growth across Upper Assam.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop sales across the entire Upper Assam region
Regularly visit and build strong relationships with contractors, traders, dealers, and key customers
Generate recent business opportunities and secure orders
Achieve assigned sales targets and support market expansion
Monitor market activities, competition, and customer requirements
Provide regular market and sales updates to the management
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in B2B / Construction Materials / Bitumen / Infrastructure-related sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Upper Assam
- Self-driven and target-oriented
