We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, generating revenue, developing client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

· Generate leads through various channels and ensure regular follow-up.

· Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

· Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.

· Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance when required.

· Ensure timely closure of deals and achievement of revenue targets.

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.





· Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve lead generation and conversions.

· Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in real estate sales.

· Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

· Knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred.

· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
