We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team on an annual contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience and a keen eye for clean, up-to-date, and engaging design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing website and digital interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop responsive designs across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with our team to understand requirements and translate ideas into effective designs.
- Improve existing interfaces based on user experience and business requirements.
- Maintain consistency with our brand identity and visual guidelines.
Requirements
- Ability to translate business requirements into clean, intuitive, and visually engaging digital experiences.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design and how designs adapt across different screen sizes.
- Ability to maintain visual consistency and design systems across digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and improve UX issues and user friction.
- Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the final design is implemented accurately.
- Candidates should be based in Delhi or Mumbai.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Contract & Compensation
- Annual contract engagement
- Compensation will be discussed during the interview/call, based on experience, skills, and portfolio.
- Candidates should be available for ongoing collaboration throughout the contract period.
