Department: Laboratory
Reports To: Lab In-charge / Pathologist

Qualification:

- DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT
- 2–5 years of relevant laboratory experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, receive, and process patient samples.
- Perform laboratory tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, and Microbiology.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.
- Ensure accuracy of test results and timely reporting.
- Perform quality control procedures and maintain records.
- Follow infection control, biomedical waste, and safety protocols.
- Maintain reagent and consumable inventory.
- Comply with NABH policies, SOPs, and documentation requirements.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and analyzers.
- Positive documentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and teamwork.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
