Job Description – Lab Supervisor

Position: Lab Supervisor
Department: Heat Treatment
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + OT
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / B.Tech

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Conduct and supervise Lab Inspection as per defined standards.
- Perform Hardness & Micro Vickers Inspection.
- Conduct Heat Treatment Inspection and verify required parameters.
- Perform Raw Material (R.M.) Inspection and maintain inspection records.
- Carry out Metallurgical Inspection and analysis.
- Handle and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
- Identify inspection deviations and coordinate corrective actions.




- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Knowledge of Lab Inspection procedures.
- Practical knowledge of Hardness & Micro Vickers Inspection.
- Knowledge of Heat Treatment & R.M. Inspection.
- Knowledge of Metallurgical Inspection.
- Basic knowledge of Computer and MS Excel.
- Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
