Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Executive to improve our website's search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and increase online visibility. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. You will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking structure.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach, guest posting, and link-building campaigns.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, and site speed issues.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes (Google updates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with content team to develop SEO-optimized blog posts and articles.
- Optimize website structure, schema markup, and XML sitemaps.
- Conduct local SEO optimization for location-based searches.

Required Skills

- Expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and data interpretation.
- Knowledge of ranking factors, search intent, and user experience (UX).
- Experience with link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.




- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO optimizations.
- Knowledge of local SEO, Google My Business optimization, and citation building.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Google Analytics and Google Search Console certifications.
- Experience with e-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Understanding of international SEO and multilingual websites.
