Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the Purified Water (PW) generation and distribution system.
- Operate equipment such as RO, DM/EDI, UV, Ozone, storage tanks and circulation systems.
- Monitor pressure, flow, temperature, conductivity and other system parameters.
- Perform routine checks of PW generation and distribution equipment.
- Maintain proper logbooks, checklists and operational records as per SOP.
- Conduct routine sampling and coordinate with the QC team for water quality testing.
- Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization and flushing as per approved SOPs.
- Identify abnormalities, alarms and equipment breakdowns and immediately inform the supervisor/engineering team.
- Ensure continuous availability of purified water for production and other pharmaceutical operations.
- Follow GMP, EHS, SOP and safety requirements at all times.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other utility teams during breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the utility/PW area.




- Support preventive maintenance and validation activities when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of RO/PW water treatment systems.
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, pipelines and utility equipment.
- Ability to understand equipment parameters and operating procedures.
- Good documentation and logbook-maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical utility practices is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shift duty.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
