Experience Level: Mid – Level - 4+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code. Experienced in building scalable, secure, and reliable cloud environments and automating end-to-end deployment workflows.

Working Hours: (6:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM IST)

What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to

Multi-Cloud Management:

- Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud infrastructure environments (Azure Primary, AWS, Google Cloud) to support the development and deployment of our applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and performance across multiple cloud platforms.
- Work closely with security teams to implement best practices for securing multi-cloud environments and ensuring compliance with industry standards across multiple cloud platforms.
- Implement highly available and scalable systems, ensuring proper redundancy and fault tolerance across multiple cloud platforms.
- Conduct regular security assessments & vulnerability scanning across multiple cloud platforms.
- Implement and maintain security controls and access management policies across multiple cloud platforms.

Automation and Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD):

- Develop and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment practices to enable faster and more reliable software releases.
- Streamline the software build, test, and release processes, ensuring efficient delivery of software artifacts.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

- Design, build, and maintain the company's infrastructure using cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (such as Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and make architectural decisions.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

- Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based applications
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of infrastructure components, including servers, databases, and network configurations.




- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, working closely with development and operations teams.
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Overseeing routine maintenance procedures and performing diagnostic tests across multi cloud platforms.

Collaboration and Documentation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in DevOps and multi-cloud environments.
- Mentoring junior software developers in gaining experience and assuming DevOps responsibilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to the overall growth of the DevOps practice.

Requirements

Must have technical skills

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 4+ experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on infrastructure automation, deployment, and operations.
- Hands-on expertise in architecting and managing cloud-native infrastructure on Azure.
- Proficient in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, containerizing workloads with Docker, and orchestrating deployments with Kubernetes (AKS).
