Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and fostering relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop transparent job descriptions.
- Should be comfortable recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn for recruitment is a plus.
- Onsite role at our Ahmedabad office.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.




- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
