Experience: 8–12 years | Industry: HORECA / Hospitality Procurement

Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, cost optimization, inventory planning, and purchase operations to ensure timely availability of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sourcing, purchasing, POs, and vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Develop and evaluate domestic suppliers.
- Monitor inventory, demand forecasts, deliveries, and lead times.
- Drive cost savings while protecting project margins.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance & Operations.
- Track procurement KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure procurement compliance, documentation, and quality standards.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
- 3–5+ years in a managerial procurement role.
- HORECA, hospitality, hotel supplies, interior projects, furniture, or building materials experience preferred.
- Robust negotiation, analytical, vendor management, and leadership skills.
- ERP & Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
