Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5–8 Years

Required Technical Skills:

- 5–8 years strong ServiceNow engineering experience
- Working experience in at least one ServiceNow product suite besides ITSM (e.g., SPM, HRSD, GRC)
- Proficient in API development, scoped applications, and Scripted REST/APIs
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes and CMDB architecture
- Performance optimization of flows, portal, and integrations
- Hands-on with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management

Certifications:

- Mandatory: CSA + CAD
- Preferred: CIS in ITOM/ITSM (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical design & development using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, custom app development
- Manage & optimize large-scale integrations across enterprise systems
- Lead Service Portal custom widget development and UI framework enhancements
- Own data migration, Transform Maps, and ACL-based secure data access solutions
- Implement Restricted APIs and secure attachment transfer capabilities
- Build team, mentor junior developers and enforce development standards
- Perform platform upgrades and ensure app compatibility
