Job Responsibilities:

- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Carry and deliver guest luggage safely to and from rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic hotel facilities.
- Assist guests with taxis, transportation, and other requests.
- Receive and deliver guest messages, parcels, and packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk.
- Provide friendly, polite, and professional service to guests.
- Follow hotel safety and guest-service procedures.

Requirements:

- Fresher can apply; hotel experience is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic English and Hindi/Punjabi communication.
- Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
- Well-groomed, polite, and helpful personality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
