Incredipets is hiring an HR Recruiter to own end-to-end blue collar hiring across Mumbai.
What you'll do
- Hire frontline staff — warehouse, delivery, packers, drivers, housekeeping
- Source via vendors, referrals, walk-ins, field activations and portals (Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri)
- Screen, schedule interviews, roll out offers and drive joinings
- Run walk-in drives and manpower vendors
- Maintain hiring trackers — funnel, TAT, offer-to-join
What we need
- Graduate, 1+ year in blue collar / bulk hiring
- Fluent in Hindi & Marathi
- Comfortable with field work across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- High ownership, solid follow-up, target-driven
Location: Mumbai (on-site) | CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
