About the Role
We are looking for a CA to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the founders across finance, compliance, operations, legal and business strategy.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who is smart, curious, organised and comfortable with ambiguity. You will get a front-row seat to how a startup is built and work across functions rather than in a narrow role.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage finance, MIS, reporting and cash-flow tracking
- Manage employee payroll and related documentation
- Handle and coordinate statutory filings, payments and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with external accountants, consultants and legal advisors
- Support contracts, agreements and legal documentation
- Work on operational and business problems and drive them to resolution
- Support client conversations,



business initiatives and founder-led projects
- Build SOPs, processes and internal systems
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve internal processes
- Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for the founders
- Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic projects

What We’re Looking For

- CA with 1+ year of post-qualification experience
- Strong finance, accounting and compliance fundamentals
- Understanding of payroll and statutory requirements
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Good communication and Excel/Google Sheets skills
- High ownership and ability to work independently
- Curious, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Interest in AI, technology and startups

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
