- Monitor and maintain quality at different stages of the production process.
- Perform in-process and final inspections of products .
- Check dimensions, fitment, assembly, appearance, and workmanship as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use basic QC and inspection tools such as Vernier Caliper, measuring tape, meter tape, and other relevant measuring instruments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Identify production defects, quality issues, and process deviations.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, check sheets, and other quality records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electronics .
- 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control / freshers with a solid practical understanding may also be considered.
- Practical knowledge of Process Quality Control.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should be Diploma qualified in Electronics and have a strong interest in and practical understanding of In-Process Quality processes.
