Bank Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bank Accountant to manage financial transactions, accounting records, bank reconciliations, documentation, and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles and basic banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Verify invoices, receipts, payments, and supporting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Monitor bank transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Maintain accurate records of banking and financial documents.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.




- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and banking procedures.
- Knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / accounting software is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum, depending on qualification and experience.
