Job Description :-

- Oil and Gas refinery shutdown experience preferred
- Scope Familiarization and Sequencing
- Understand the complete pre-turnaround and turnaround scope in detail, focusing on activity sequence and priority in line with client discussions.
- Microplanning of Activities
- Prepare detailed micro-level plans for each equipment, piping, and other jobs included in the turnaround scope.
- Time and Resource Estimation
- Assess the time and resources required for each identified activity to support accurate planning and execution.
- Schedule Development
- Develop a comprehensive turnaround schedule in Primavera or MS Project as per client requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
- Resource Identification and Allocation
- Identify, allocate, and follow up on the availability of required resources in coordination with the site in charge.
- Work Package Support
- Assist the site in charge in preparing work packages to ensure explicit and executable job instructions.
- Daily and Look-Ahead Planning




- Prepare daily plans and look-ahead schedules to guide execution teams and anticipate upcoming work.
- Progress Tracking and Verification
- Interact with supervisors/engineers each shift to log daily progress and verify job progress reports in the field.
- Reporting and Schedule Updating
- Prepare and issue daily progress reports in client-accepted formats, update schedules, generate S-curves, and highlight gaps and constraints.
- Client and Team Coordination
- Participate in meetings with internal teams and the client, share inputs for improvement, and communicate constraints or delays not attributable to the company.
- Billing and Documentation Support
- Log all activities to facilitate billing and assist in compiling documentation from various departments for invoicing.
- Demobilization and Closure Reporting
- Support team demobilization, update the achieved schedule, and prepare a closure report at the end of the turnaround.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
