Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative professional to manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, training coordination, content creation, employee engagement initiatives, and training data management. The ideal candidate should have experience in learning & development processes, LMS administration, and employee learning engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- LMS management and administration




- Training coordination and execution
- Content creation and learning development
- Employee engagement and learning activities
- Reporting, MIS, and compliance management

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and training processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and digital learning tools
- Positive stakeholder management and reporting skills
